This game is a real bitchslap in the face compared to the 2011 version.
Making me download correct names, stadiums names ,kits etc., cuzz the game is half complete. I should get half my money back for all that trouble. Giving us only a couple of old set of boots by the time its released. Very poor attempt i say! SAD! SAD! SAD!

Why, Why, Why did they patch it!!??? Just why? The game was absolutely awesome when it was pre-patch. The patch has taken away the one thing which made the game brilliant this year: FREEDOM!! Freedom of play!
Before the patch I shot and the ball actually went where I wanted it to go not just where the computer “SCRIPTS” it should, which is always straight at the keeper. Now I literally break my analog stick trying to shoot into the left or right bottom corner and the shot almost always fires straight near the middle of the goal.
It’s the same with passing. Pre-patch the passing was superb it absolutely went where I wanted it to go; it was so realistic, so much so I even played solely on manual passing. Now, what the hell is the point with the patch when the pass goes in the total opposite direction to where I intended it to- might as well have removed manual passing from the game with the patch too because it’s now SCRIPTED. I have had to go back to assisted passing now its that bad.
Now the running- THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH IT WAS THE XBOX 360 STUTTER BUG!!! Thats all you had to patch it was FINE before I had no complaints! Players who are fast will obviously have an advantage over slow defender’s:- You wouldnt see Walcott or Lennon getting caught by Ferdinand or Vidic in a race for a through ball in reality would you? That’s realism it just meant you had to try better defensive tactics in order to counter fast players on the wing- making the game require a bit more skill in my opinion which was all good.
The patch has COMPLETELY and UTTERLY ruined what was a great game: its absolutely terrible now, you cant even play the computer on Top Player now it just reads your mind and only the computer can use all the fancy skill moves to beat the player; as a player dont even think about using them it’s just not happening.
I dont understand why you would program the game to make the computer reap the benefits and not the player- I just dont get it:- is the computer meant to be the target audience paying £30-£40 to enjoy the game? How can the player not be able to the things the computer can? Not fair at all.
Only other things you could argue needed patching were the penalties and MAYBE and thats a big maybe the keepers because pretty much now after the patch they have become super-keepers, saving every long range effort which comes at them.
Because of the patch the game plays as if its reading from a script: and the story is, the players always loses no matter what, its just awful. And most of all it feels STIFF; STIFF and RIGID not fluid at all.
Remove the patch! That is the only thing that will now save the game; I honestly wish I had never installed the patch now: I haven’t even played the game since!
