    I think it’s private cause YouTube still encodes it. For HD quality you often have to wait several hours… And that’s why you keep it private before HD is available.

    ^Er, no. It’s private because the person who uploaded the video made it available ONLY to people in his friends list. That is how the sean_rainey fellow and WENB found it. It has nothing to do with encoding status…

    The become a club boss reminds me of the PES Management game released for PS2, does anyone remember it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pro_Evolution_Soccer_Management. The game sucked mostly, but the cutscenes with conversations between staff members and/or players remind me of it
